The one I find a bit weird is that I don’t know if it’s just me or if it’s more of a placebo effect, but I think it’s more likely that it’s the placebo effect. So if you were to go to a grocery store, you could ask if you knew what you were eating. If not, you could ask if there was something you didn’t know. Even if the store didn’t have enough ingredients to make a healthy meal, they should have some.
