Greenipod is meant to help you become aware of your brain’s automatic patterns and patterns of thoughts that occur without our knowledge. When we try to do this on our own, our thoughts will often repeat themselves and become the same, but if we keep doing it, we will start to learn to identify them and keep them separate from our conscious thoughts.
The interesting thing about greenipod is that it also helps to help you identify your negative thought patterns and learn to be aware of your positive ones. For example, if we were driving the car down the freeway, and we were in a bad mood, we would be inclined to think about things that made us unhappy, like how we are driving with too much traffic and how we have to pay more gas.
In a way, it’s like we have an internal GPS that keeps track of us when we’re driving. It’s like we are constantly broadcasting our thoughts to the world, and if we don’t know what we’re thinking, we can’t change it once it’s out there.
The good news is that negative thoughts and feelings are not contagious. A person with good self-awareness can consciously say to themselves that they are doing something that makes them feel bad, and it is a simple matter of following that thought out into the world.

Well, there you have it. The three stages of self-awareness. Good self-awareness, bad self-awareness, and self-control are all part of the same stage. Just like a person with good self-awareness can learn to drive a car, a person with bad self-awareness can learn to drive a car. Just like a person with good self-awareness can learn to read, a person with bad self-awareness can learn to read.
The problem is the constant stream of information that keeps our inner GPS out of control. The key to improving self-awareness, as well as improving our ability to properly self-regulate our inner GPS, is to make ourselves more aware of our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. The more aware we are, the more self-aware we become.
Many of us think that if we’re more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions we will be self-aware. However, as we become more self-aware we must keep our inner GPS active. If we can’t actively monitor our thoughts and feelings, we’ve lost control. Without control we can’t self-regulate.
If we want our self-awareness to improve, we need to monitor our thoughts and feelings to ensure we are in the right mindset. We have to monitor our thoughts and feelings so that we can actually self-regulate our actions.
